Forthcoming Historical Novel Society Article

I was just notified my article "Medieval Monarchy on the Move - A Cautionary Tale" will be published in the February 2025 Historical Novel Society newsletter. The subject of the article stems from my research into the itinerant court of King Edward and Queen Alienor of England in the 13th century for my forthcoming novel, Myself: A Beginning. The protagonist of the novel is one of Queen Alienor's ladies-in-waiting and is based on the real-life Viscountess Isabella de Vesci (nee Beaumont). Look for the book to be released about the same time as the article.
